This is one of the worst properties you could ever live roach infested they never come fix anything around the apartment and they tow your car every chance they get

Jasmine the property manager is the most disrespectful human being that you will deal with. The attitude and unprofessionalism in her is a disgrace. She won’t help with parking decals you do application they dont reach out to you they pass you around, phone numbers they post not in service. They are a messy property management business doing dirty business practices with towing company to get tenant car illegally towed. She will speak to you like you beneath her. She is not competent to have a property management license. Outside maintenance doesn’t get taken care of, grass doesn’t get cut. The worse property management agency ever. You set appointment they don’t reach out to you, their website registering vehicles doesn’t all their dirty tactics to get your car towed to make profit. Not to mention charging 10 dollars every night just for your guest to park, just a money hungry agency especially the rude Jasmin Valentin the worse. They do not try to keep the place clean or do maintenance safety hazard everywhere. Whenever it rains sewage overfill with water cant event get to your car. Laundry room doesnt work, health issue with mold. She cant manage, never in the office to get assistance. Human feces in the toilet in front of garage, but will collect HOA fees every month, Will hang up on your face while speaking

This place is nasty . It’s always trash everywhere. Do not moved there if you’re a clean person . They’re always taking other people parking spaces all the time . Not the safest place to live .. it smells like spice all the time . They do not clean this place up .. it’s mold everywhere also . Unless you speak creole don’t move here .

This place has improved so very much, over the last 7 years!!!!!! They have security cameras instead of security personnel- to protect the residents from intruders. The place is clean and well maintained. Nice plants around the campus.
