Mixed bag with this place. In summary, there are better and worse places to live. Good amenities available, but don't expect everything to work. Repair work is prompt, but don't expect them to abide by your schedule (which raises a security concern). Centrally located, but traffic is right outside and often times can be loud. Pros:
-They have decent amenities. Pool, gym, dog park, grills, even an outdoor pizza oven!
-Management is ok. They are available to talk if you walk into their office, but are 50-50 by phone, even if you leave a voicemail to get called back.
-They are ok when it comes to repair work. They have an app you can report troubles on. Repairs are taken care of timely.
Cons:
-They don't really care for their amenities. The pool gets cleaned, but gym equipment that gets broken will forever stay broken. Since I've moved in, the stationary bike has never worked, and the cable machine only has one side working. The small yoga studio also leaks from the windows in somewhat heavy rain.
-They don't really stick to their own schedules for certain repair work. The entire complex got a notice for inspections to span over two days, some building on one day, the rest on the next (mine was on the second day). I made work arrangements to take off the day they stated, but they ended up coming through the first day. Luckily they got me before I had to leave, but otherwise they would've let themselves in (like they have before on a separate AC repair work order). So be wary if you have a dog that likes to escape, or gets territorial. But yeah, definitely not great to be forced to trust a stranger letting themselves in your place.
-They take offense to practically ANYTHING you have in the balcony. I had a cooler and my bike out there, nearly set and out of direct sight. But they gave me a notice to remove that stuff.
-Not really their fault, but the street they are next to is busy and LOUD! You'll often hear racers and motorcycles screaming past at all times of the day or night, even when you're trying to sleep. Better invest in some hearing protection.
-Price is bad. Too high for what you get. They advertise as "luxury apartments", but the buildings are old and the units barely got a renovation. They pretty much removed the carpets and put that cheap wood paneling. They don't even have ceiling lights or fans in the rooms, so the lighting and air circulation are shit.
All in all, not a great place to live. I won't be renewing my lease because for me, the cons outweigh the pros. Your situation might be different and might like it here. But I doubt it.
