I moved into this condo last year after ...
I moved into this condo last year after buying an apt here in 2018. It used to be an over 55 community but now it has opened up and there are all ages and plenty young families which gives the building a fresh aura. What I love is that, even though there are restrictions on rentals, that actually makes for a caring community. Owners have a stake here and and all are friendly and caring, save for a few who have their own issues… but what condo doesn’t have their crazies?
The assessments keep rolling in and HOA fees are steep as the building struggles with requirements and updates. But we move forward and our buildings are getting renovated step by step. The building is a quirky design of a bygone era built in the 70s it missed the mid century but wears it proudly.
All in all I love it here and happy I was able to find this building close to everything and with amazing unobstructed views… for now.

What can I say? You end up loving the place. Building management is friendly and they do their best to keep things working.
