Villa Laguna at SoLé Mia

The receptionist at the front desk is disrespectful…. And I was gonna say a few words to her but she got it this time ! …. Fire her immediately! And I’m from New Jersey… I wouldn’t even tell any body anything about this place with her being there …. She really disrupted my energy.. and I was doing insta cart on the top of that ! Ruined my whole day !

Good community with friendly ppl ! Leasing agent Jennypher Trejo was very helpful with quick response! She’s the best

Jennypher was extremely helpful with me through the moving process, super easy and she made sure to text me updating me on everything which was a HUGE help. Alot of places the first impression other than the place itself, is the leasing team, and because of her she made my decision on choosing a place for me as a no-brainer! thanks Jennypher!

Life in the complex becomes unbearable. Not only does construction start at 5 a.m. every day, but because of the bakery it is impossible to safely drive up to the house. Guests of the establishment leave their cars where they want, the concierges do not monitor this. The playground turns into a dump after these "guests".

I recently had a terrible experience with Villa Laguna and Solemia, and I want to share it so others can avoid the same issues. First, we applied and paid for registration, but their website crashed, making it impossible to upload our documents. We asked Jennifer, the manager, for help, but she was unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite our efforts, she kept rejecting our documents without proper review.
Jennifer then went on vacation, and when we requested a different manager, we were refused. Over the course of a week, we sent over 20 documents, including personal and company income verifications, but they were consistently rejected for unclear reasons.
The staff was uncooperative and refused to assist us properly. They seemed more interested in collecting registration fees than actually helping prospective tenants. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, many people face similar problems with management and staff at this building.
I strongly recommend staying away from Villa Laguna and Solemia. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I hope others can avoid this kind of trouble.

I do not advise anyone to take an apartment with a view of the construction site for any discount. Since the construction starts at 5 am, but today they were noisy from 1 am, and so on 6 days a week. With the windows closed, it even seems like the house is about to fall.

Absolutely disgusting. SoLe MIA has partnered with a disgusting and predatory parking company called Professional Parking Management who issue illegal parking”Parking Charges” which they disguise as official government parking tickets to trick people into paying them. Their every tactic is predatory and disgusting and horrendous and no one should utilize their services. They charge absolutely ridiculous fees where you pay either 1 hour or an entire day, with additional service charges. In addition to this, their illegal parking charges are exorbitantly priced with other ridiculous service fees attached. 0/10, would not recommend.

I will say one thing about this place, this is the most terrible place, the office, they are very rude, arrogant, disgusting employees and of course these employees must be fired, otherwise no one will live in this complex. about the deposit: they still haven’t returned it to me, although I handed over the apartment in perfect condition, so you can simply not pay for the last month

It would be a better appearance for the community if the front office made themselves more accessible. Currently it feels like the front office staff hides behind locked doors when tenants come to the front office to ask questions.  It seems to be an ongoing pattern for tenants to be forced to explain there issue to the concierge who then pass messages back and forth while all parties are standing just feet away from each other.  As a tenant this is not a good feeling and I’m hoping that the following can be improved upon
