I've experienced extreme frustration with the leasing office's lack of communication. Despite reaching out 5-8 times daily, I've been given non-functional phone numbers and received no response to numerous emails. Being out of state for family matters, I can't visit the leasing office in person. Recently, a faulty key left me locked out for over an hour, and it took three requests for them to call for help, resulting in a work hour loss with no apology. Additionally, a recurring cockroach and caterpillar issue remains unresolved. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
