We couldn’t have asked for a better home. It’s clean, modern, and perfect for our family plus, they’re pet-friendly! The staff is always helpful, and the views are amazing. The only downside is that the elevators can be a bit slow, but overall, it’s a great place to live.

Since I arrived looking for an apartment, they treated me super friendly and explained in detail all my options depending on the type of apartment, the facility is in very good condition and very clean, I did not hesitate to live here! Ariel is always a good server!

Now it turns out that the valet parking fee depends on the brand of the car. Is no one supervising this in the building? I’ve been living here for two years, and the valet parking staff always do whatever they want. Yesterday, I arrived in a BMW, and the valet told me that because of the car, the fee is $40 for 24 hours. But on the official rate board, it clearly says that 4 to 24 hours cost $25. His excuse was that luxury cars have a higher price.
So, who supervises this? Or does he just make up the rules as he pleases?

The worst place to live without a doubt. I do not recommend any family to stay in this building. There is no control over anything, when you are going to complain about something THEY NEVER HAVE A SOLUTION. They let them play loud music at all times there is no control over anything and NOT ONLY THAT IS SURROUNDED BY CONSTRUCTIONS, in the entrance hallways to your unit are dirty and there are odors.  They charge you dearly for services and rent but they don't comply with anything.

They have no resident portal and only take cash or money orders to pay rent which is an inconvenience for all parties involved. The apartments themselves are made to be as cheap as possible for the management company and are always loud. The service in this building is terrible. I have lived in the building for a few months and it was definitely my best choice. All common areas are always kept clean. The management team is exceptional, any difficulty or problem is always resolved without difficulty and they are very friendly. It is one of the best buildings if you are looking to move downtown, in addition to the area where it is located is very convenient as it is close to shops and supermarkets. I feel happy to live here!!
