Front desk staff is exceptional. Valet consistently lies and talks down to residents. Back office management needs some serious work — specifically the assistant Sabrina. Very dismissive, confrontational, and rude, and ultimately dissuades me and my roommate from renewing. Will make YOU feel like the problem when she miscommunicates or lies.

Terrible valet parking! Told me that parking is $4 per hour(I asked several times how much it will be and they said this exact amount), and then when I wanted to pick up my car after one hour they told me I have to pay $38 for the whole day parking!! DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! They're bunch of liars!!!
