Eagle's Landing Apartments

Only patch work is ever done inside apartments. Place is falling apart and can't get anyone to do the repairs properly.

I am tired of calling the office putting in a work order and the lady always say its not an emergency . So basically if it’s not it won’t get done. We need the old management back Charlene who made sure the property was maintained. Things is just not getting done.

Honestly I love this community/apartment. Once I have a problem I go straight to the office and majority of the time the issue is resolve within the day, unless they have to order a parts or something. Different from that it’s a great/safe apartment complex. Thank you!

We have no control of none residents coming in and parking, and drinking, smoking, and leaving their mess in the parking lot. Do we still have security?? Tenant in 207 her dog howling all night can't sleep. Call office several times about 210 put garbage out there door all the time. My kitchen sink leaking, and light in kitchen when turned on take about  45 to 60 second before it comes on. Its been about five months now since I put in the work order....

If I can put a -10 I would. The Gate is always broken,anybody can come in and do anything they want to.The Security don't do nothing  besides ride bikes like they in the gym, while your car is getting broken into,the office staff are rude and lie so much bout the dumbest things but they want they money on time,they have the largest Infestation of roaches in the entire Miami gardens(ORKIN cant help you)dont waste your money, the roaches cooks, sleeps, and take baths with you.Every entire building needs a Tents. This place is Terrible. RUN,RUN,RUN I TELL YOU. P.S. Rent goes up like a roller-coaster without going down, on short notice. YOUR WELCOME.
