Eagle's Landing Apartments

I applied to rent a unit back in Decemeber. Due to the long waiting list I found something better for my family. I have been calling but they never answered.  Then I went up there multiple times but the person i need to speak with is never there. I need my $200 holding fee back ASAP .

They need to get better security guard to work in this building , because lady got rob for pocket 👜 last week in day light  and this apartment don’t make no sense . Now I walk around with my gun on me .

Whoever is responsible for helping please help me. I have lived here for almost 6 years, and I have had carpet issues for almost 3 years. When I  first moved in, they promised they would change the carpet soon, I said ok . After a while, I called the office regarding the carpet, and they said they were not doing those things right now. I call a cleaning company pay to clean it. Last year, I had an AC leaking for almost a month. Non-stop , call the office 2,3 times every day, nobody shows up to help. After almost 3 weeks, a nice guy is coming super educated. This guy says sorry to me more than 20 times because he saw what I went through. He fixed the AC and now left me me with a dirty wet carpet from every room in the house. Call the office complaining to them What I am going through with a dirty smell moldy carpet  they don't say anything about it, they said they will put me on waiting list  to change the carpet.  After 4 months, nothing happened. no update, nothing
at all, they forget me with the dirty carpet they do not care. I went to the office I talked to the manager personaly about it she promised me she will change the carpet soon because she is knew about it already, I was talked to her on  November 2022, now we're in 4/10/2023 nothing ever happened,  so now when you call the office nobody pick up the phone  so I  need help please.

Horrible, my cabinets falling apart, bathroom sink leaking with cabinets falling apart, my apartment falling apart and no work being done.

Bizmark, the Maintenance Supervisor, checked my water heater same day request! Always pleasant and thorough!

Terrible!! Nothing has been done for years still have the same problem.
