Once again, the management and administration at this leasing office are absolutely terrible. This morning, I approached a young lady in the office to submit a maintenance request for my blinds and oven range. I specifically wanted to do this in person because, back in September, it took over a week to complete a simple maintenance request for my garbage disposal. To make matters worse, I even received a notification stating that the request had been completed when, in reality, nothing had been done. The leasing agent told me I had to submit my request through ActiveBuilding, which I did. I received a confirmation that my request was received, but after that—nothing. No follow-up, no update, nothing. Given my past experience, I would have expected them to be more proactive, but clearly, that’s not the case.
Birge & Held seriously needs to train their staff on basic follow-up procedures and customer service. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating.
