Love the building and location. Fantastic waterfront views and spectacular sunsets. Sitting on the balcony at sunset is like being on a cruise, minus the wait staff. Like the proximity to everything, and so much within walking distance.

Great amenities and excellent location. Building is clean and modern. Management is very friendly and addressed any questions and concerns- especially Alfredo. Overall, staff is very professional and willing to accommodate.
