The Property Management (Intracoastal Management) that Eden Point North use is a mess. The person in charge rarely answers the phone, her mailbox is always full and no matter how much she reads the texts, she does not answer them. My clients applied to rent on June 26th and the approval was given by August 7th, generating an extra expense where they lived. The worst thing is that it was very difficult to contact anyone, until the last days, they never apologized, the truth this company is very unprofessional in handling, it's a shame because the place is very nice.
