Horrible place. It's always dirty, smell ...
Horrible place. It's always dirty, smelly and the elevator is always broken. Many times I found pee in the elevator or leftover food, it looks like a residence for criminals. They have security guards on carts and every time something happens they never see anything. They have already broken it repeatedly in the visitor parking lot. The windows on some cars and no one sees anything. If you have the opportunity to live there, miss it. It's not worth it

with all the rules they have you would think these apartments are located in Kendal or coral gables when they are literally located in liberty city! walls are paper thin, no type of privacy! cheap affordable living however i do not recommend to move here i strongly believe some of the staff members are racist.

Horrible!! dont waste ur time or money here.. The office staff in the leasing office is horrible, they do inspections here twice a month as if they are giving the tenants something for free or as if they are section 8 themselves you will get no assistance here from the leasing office so dont count on them. The maintenance guys come when they want the janitorial staff works out in the garage instead of doing work. The female Janitor knows everyone's business and reports back to the leasing office. The Elevators are always broke. The building is supposed to be pet free however u will still see some tenants there walking dogs
