They never pick up there phone no matter what time you call them..they never return your call.. what kind of place is this....how can you see if they have a apt available if they never pick up the dam phone what a waste..

At the times we are in especially during inflation, This is A GREAT PLACE TO SAVE MORE MONEY AFFORDABLE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GREAT SCHOOLS!!! NEAR BY!!! GREAT AREA CLOSE STORES!!! EVERYONE IN LEASING OFFICE ARE NICE AND ARE WILLING TO ANWSER YOUR QUESTIONS!!!.AMAZING!!!

Not sure how this community has 4 stars. My mother lives in this community and honestly its a death trap. The buildings are falling apart, stairs are cracking and concrete coming apart. Elevators don’t work, black mold in the apartments, lots of mildew everywhere. Emergency exit signs falling. Every time it rains the waters rises from the tiles inside the apartments and gets trapped in the walls with lots of leaking. She cannot use the bathroom in her master bedroom because the water never closes fully causing a constant leak in the shower. Only way to stop the leak is if they shut the whole water system which is impossible because tenants NEED water. Don’t even get me started on the rodent & ROACH infestations. No matter how many times we clean and use stuff to get rid of them they come back. MULTIPLE complaints have been made and nothing has been done. Calling the city and a lawyer might just be our only option. The ENTIRE community needs to be demolished and rebuilt !
