The Building is beautiful, the area is great. The management for the building is nonexistent.
We are kept in the dark about pending construction work that was promised to be completed 2 months ago, and management fail to communicate any sort of update or response to our emails for 1 month now.
I would be willing to re-review this building, but only if the management does a 180 turn and does their part in managing the building as the job entails.
Highly unlikely from my experience so far.

I recently moved in here and its been quite an experience. For one the maintenance guy deactivated my key fob because because I parked in the wrong spot so I had to park on the street and my car got broken into the same night. Once again I said the MAINTENANCE guy locked described my fob I didn’t know that was part of his pay grade. Secondly I left my home for three hours to take my son to the doctor upon returning I notice 300 dollars was missing on top of my dresser as well as high end jewelry from my closet but there was no sign of a break in. Which leads me to believe an individual working inside of this complex entered my home. Management knew I wasn’t home at that time because they texted me so I can let a painter in I told them I wasn’t home at the time and coincidentally when I returned home. The Manager is Marcela she was the one who texted me and she have yet reached out to me or let me see the video camera that’s right in front of my home.

Congratulations on a very visionary project. Great architectural proposal, astonishing views. Very homey apartments. Away from the noisy Brickell and at the same time, just 3 minutes away.
