Ideally located in Brickell, the building itself is well maintained by management and the maintenance team. Everyone is friendly and fast in their communication and service. If anything goes wrong I know we can call and have an issues fixed quickly.

The maintenance staff in this apartment is really good. They are responsible, patient, kind, and experienced. In the year I’ve lived here, I’ve reached out to them three times, and each time they efficiently resolved all the issues.

Drove all the way down here to view an apartment with an appointment confirmed at 4:30pm. Nobody gave any instructions, nobody called me, there was nobody in the entrance, I tried to reach a management office without luck and also tried to call the contact number several times. Nobody answered. We left after waiting 30 minutes. If this is the service they give when selling their product I cannot imagine how bad it can turn when you live here and have a problem.

We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. Your appointment was scheduled 24 minutes before the scheduled time while our agents were touring with other prospects. Any needed calls and instructions would have been made as soon as time permitted. Our Community Manager had received information of another appointment that was waiting at the same scheduled time which she took on tour. A call was made by our concierge to our Community Manager and it was relayed to you her apologies and to let you know she would be with you in ten minutes. She did place a call to you when she returned to proceed with your tour to find you had left and a call was placed to you the next day but there was no answer.We would love to extend an offer for you to reschedule a tour. We feel all of our residents, future, current and past deserve world class customer service.Please contact me at ICanHelp@aircommunities.com so we can assist further.
