Eloquence On the Bay

A beautiful and pleasant place in North Bay Village. Adorable view of the bay. All staff very willing and friendly

It's a nice building and we were considering buying an apartment there until we found our there is a multi million dollar maintenance project (to do with concrete spalling) that's being considered. We requested more information about this, but the building would not provide it so we were unable to continue with the transaction. Buyer beware.

The building is nice however extremely noisy. A lot of construction going on every other day and fire alarm testing ... The owner of unit 1105 is a scammer. They scammed me and stole my deposit for ABSOLUTLEY no reason AND THEY KNOW IT !!!! .... Be aware !

I like living here the only annoying thing is that if you live in a slow unit on building 1 like me; you hear the school bus and trash truck when you are sleeping. So weekends when you are trying to sleep in nope you can’t because the truck is outside and it’s noisy. Qualities: nice neighborhoods, friendly staff, clean, dog friendly and they have small kids here but they are not running around.
