It's a nice building and we were conside ...
It's a nice building and we were considering buying an apartment there until we found our there is a multi million dollar maintenance project (to do with concrete spalling) that's being considered. We requested more information about this, but the building would not provide it so we were unable to continue with the transaction. Buyer beware.

The building is nice however extremely noisy. A lot of construction going on every other day and fire alarm testing ... The owner of unit 1105 is a scammer. They scammed me and stole my deposit for ABSOLUTLEY no reason AND THEY KNOW IT !!!! .... Be aware !
