Great location, great place. But please don't rent 10i unit. The owner always postpones anything she has to fix, for example we rented the unit for 6 months, ever since we were there the living room lights never worked, we asked her to replace it, she said it's always been like this and the ceiling is way too high to change it. Last hurricane in 2024 we had to be somewhere else, since the balcony door never locked and we told her to fix it a few times. She handled the apartment to us dirty, we had to clean it, even though she said professional cleaners cleaned the apartment. Our contract was to be 1 year there, we only could handle 6 months giving that we were living in an apartment with a lot of things breaking apart, she habdled the apartmentto us with a broken, dirty and super loud kitchen hood, which my wife couldn't cook because she was disgusted by the hood, even though we told the land lord since day one about it, it took her almost 4 months and a lot of fighting to replace it . Last thing was the ac that started to make some weird noises, we told her and her answer was, "but you're leaving right? I don't need to fix it right now." After she asked us to break the contract, she held on to our deposit for 20 days saying that she had to fix somestuff. Our rent was $2050 and can you believe how much she charged us for the deposit?? $2.700. Yes, u read it right.
Me and my wife started to read the quotes she made, she was charging us for the paiting of the whole unit. Absurd. We did thou left some holes in 3 walls, which we agreed to fix.
My wife is an interior designer and knows some handyman.  She asked them for quotes, $380.
She decided to make with her own company, which ended up fix the study for $780 which i still think it's an absurd but ok. Also she charged us with a cleaning fee of $180
Just to conclude.  Rent any apartmen expect 10i, run from this terrible experience. And if u need proof, I have all the photo evidence.
