I can't say enough wonderful things about Rick, our community concierge at Emera Port Royale! He truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it's helping with a simple request or organizing community events, Rick’s dedication and attention to detail never go unnoticed. He’s always approachable, friendly, and willing to lend a hand, making our community feel like home. His knowledge of local services, along with his willingness to help in any situation, makes him an invaluable resource. Rick is a true asset to our community, and we’re lucky to have him!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Rick at the concierge front desk. Since I moved in, he has been nothing but amazing—always a friendly face and willing to help with whatever residents need.

Shout out to Rick & Lyra!!  They both are genuinely nice/ good people.  They both work the front desk & handle all the packages and are both always friendly, helpful, and smiling.  They make my experience living here much more enjoyable.  They go above and beyond what is expected of their work duties because they are just good people! Thanks for all that you do!...and the coffee :)

Great place to live except when you come home at 11:00 you cannot park in the building of which you live in because there's no parking absolutely makes no sense getting sick of it especially since I pay.over  $2,400+ a month

Been living here 6 months places management is bad don’t help full at all. Find dog poop everywhere people smoking weed. Great area management bad

The grounds are extremely well maintained, great communication from management, beautiful flowers at the concierge desk, all the personnel are very professional, and maintenance is very quick to respond on any requests.  I am very satisfied.

i been renting here for 2 leases. I would say that their Elevators are an issue,  they are always broke and out of service. Imagine the patience you gotta exercise with 200+ tenants using only 1 elevator instead of two. The other issue is the parking.They hire a parking company to give out tickets and while it may sound nice to assure there is always available parking for tenants, unfair ticketing is to be expected, such as my permit decal falling on the floor of my car and despite going through all the measures to register my car,they still gave me a ticket. when i called the leasing office to help me waive it, the leasing agent said i had to dispute it with the parking company --as if the company wouldve waived it- They did not. dont bother emailing the property manager about any parking issues as you'll get totally ignored. regardless, we pay high rent here-on time- to have to pay unfair parking tickets such as in this situation.

The amenities, the area, the surroundings, the aesthetic, the people around, the ambient. The kind staff that helps you with everything you need and the good service.

the service is crazy, the complex has a curfew from 8pm, you can't quietly grill meat at 9pm

My resident experience so far has been excellent. The move-in process yesterday was smooth, harmonious, and stress-free. Having an elevator reserved exclusively for us made the process much easier, and that level of attention to detail was invaluable. Additionally, Lavie’s support was outstanding. Her dedication and effort to communicate in Spanish truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for that.
I have no doubt that Emera Port Royale is better than even a 5-star hotel. Here, you not only enjoy luxury and comfort but also the feeling of being in a true home. I am very excited about this new chapter and being part of this wonderful community.
