Had been wonderful for years now going to slum with new manager and crooked board.  My house has structural damage and a leaking roof after a 23k new roof assessment.

Security is not that great, many rentals, even Air B&Bs are being run out of units.Maintenance workers and cleaning staff hide. Picture of pool on this site is not a pool on property.

Thats not what the 2 pools look like. There old and most of the time theres dead bugs floating.  The clubhouse smells like dirty mop and the gym theres missing  dumbells  and the bench if u put to much weights from machine itll push u down. Not safe at all. But theres new laundry machines and they jacked up the prices .50 cents more . The maintenance people know were to find hiding spots to hide. Very interesting Condominiums. The golf course balls fall to the parking lot and watch out there goes your wind shield and no parking spots never available.  Specially from Friday till Monday morning.  U only get 1 spot.

A lovely condo complex. Great apartments. Very confusing parking. Exit the wrong entrance and you could be lost for hours.
