The Isles

The office people are very nice! The houses have great space and the neighborhood neat! Plenty of parking space.

I rarely say anything negative, but I have to put my 2 cents in on this one. This place is not a luxury apartment community. It's also a money pit. So much is not shared with you when sign the lease. The number shared with on your lease, you better add around $150 to $200 on top of that when it comes time to pay rent. Oh, yeah it's a gated community but people tailgate in here so much that there's nothing secure about the gate being there. Oh yeah,  you also can't get cable here, cutting the cord is your only option. That's all great but when you shows start to buffer from all the interference this place gets,  you will wish you had that option. Airport noise, garbage always over flowing, location is not ideal for those without cars, management only available M-F, people speeding through the community, paying for additional items not on your lease, the list goes on and on. At least in other communities I lived in that were actually Luxury, you got something included. This place doesn't offer a utility package or anything. I'm giving serious thoughts doing the buyout to break my lease. The lack of service and transparency here at the Isles is not acceptable.

The experience was quick and effortless I appreciate Donovan and Alan for answering all of my questions and helping us move within our deadline so far the community has been a great living experience for my family

Great customer experience, while we will not be living at the property this time around, I would highly recommend them. Donaven had amazing customer service and provided all the needed details regarding the application process, the property and it's amenities and the move in process. Thank you!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new home from the very first moment! The staff was fantastic and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Lived here as a student for 2 years and loved it. They were able to accommodate my needs as a student while maintaining a friendly, safe, and beautiful complex. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, grilling outside in the commons, and working out late night at their 24hr access gym. Anyone interested in a home down here with great amenities, look no further than the Isles.

after months of researching apartments for months as me and my finance are moving to fort lauderdale from virginia to get a fresh start. We set an appointment up about 3 weeks ago for today at 9. we got there around 8:45 to be a little early. couldn’t find where you could pull in they gave us no instructions. we had to wait until a resident pulled in and we had to drive all the way around the complexes after trying to use the call box 100 times to call the leasing office . We finally get to the leasing office and walk into the room. The women was very hostile from the beginning she yelled from her office “i just got here what do you need” and when we told her we had made an appointment for 9 she says “well we just booked our last apartment so” and i started getting angry with her asking why we were allowed to tour the building and she said “well that’s AI we don’t get those notifications” so finally we had to become hostile back for her to even ask what we are looking for. The unprofessionalism was truly disappointing and for the price of these rentals I cannot believe they are using ai to make appointments! It would be nice to notify someone that there’s nothing to look at when the website says “LEASING AVAILABLE”  i can’t wait for the reply on here to be some AI responce saying how sorry they are.
