The Falls of Pembroke is excellent! It's a safe, quiet, and beautiful environment with a nice pool and beautiful amenities. Krista and her Team do a great job at keeping it up-to-date!! I highly recommend the Falls to families who want a great place to live!! I am so GRATEFUL for living in the Falls of Pembroke!! The environment of peace and happiness here is AWESOME!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Falls of Pembroke Pines!! Their AMAZING Staff is always here to help my family and any request we submit is quickly resolved!! I Love where I live!! An Exceptional Team Makes the Falls of Pembroke Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been a resident at the Falls of Pembroke since 2011, and I recently had the pleasure of upgrading from a one-bedroom to a beautiful, like-new two-bedroom apartment. The entire process, from start to finish, was handled with exceptional care and professionalism by the team here. After a seven-month wait for the perfect unit, the transformation orchestrated by Vanessa (Property Manager), Krista (We Care Director), and the rest of the team was truly remarkable. My new apartment boasts brand new appliances, blinds, carpet, and more!
Vanessa, Krista, and their dedicated team made the transition seamless, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring a smooth move. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to providing a wonderful living experience. There's a reason I've called the Falls of Pembroke home for 14 years: this management team truly understands the importance of "win-win" scenarios. They're adaptable, maintain their composure even during challenging situations, and consistently prioritize their residents.
Over the years, like any community, there have been moments where differing perspectives arose. However, the team, under Vanessa's leadership, consistently demonstrates a willingness to communicate openly and adjust their approach to find solutions that benefit everyone. This commitment to open communication and genuine care for tenants is what truly sets this management team apart and allows them to work so effectively together.

I’m impressed with the new administration changed the management, efficiency and care of the tenants and the care to resolve issues and make our lives better! I am leaving with a lot of gratitude and respect and appreciation for this team. I hope if I will be back to this area for sure Falls of Pembroke will be my first option.

The new management is doing a better job than the last one. Love the parties for the kids and get everyone involved with holidays. lots of improvements from Krysta and the other staffs in the management office and the handymen.

We have lived in this wonderful condominium for two years and it is incredible how each time they advance in the well-being and care of those who live in it. Excellent the tireless work of Krista Genovese, an excellent human being, a great sense of belonging and without a doubt she is the one who has best carried out his work from the We Care office. I can honestly say Vanessa and Krista have truly been gracious to me and always responded to my visits to the office and home . Everyone experiences are different but for me personally they are really great !

I will not recommend anyone to move to this apartment complex. The service is horrible, the apartments are old. They should invest money on remodeling the complex. When you go to the office Krista does not do nothing, she does not help. The office is only playing and laughing all day long. They should think about changing the management and of hiring a company that actually knows about apartments management. It is unacceptable that their staff Krista smells to alcohol.

I want to thank Natalia Roca from the Default Pembroke Pines Association for her excellent service and attention. Natalia works in the leasing office and always shows professionalism, kindness, and efficiency in everything she does. It’s a pleasure to deal with someone so dedicated and attentive.
