Title: Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust this Apartment Community I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this apartment community. After paying fees to hold an apartment, they called me just three days before my moving day to inform me that the apartment was no longer available. First, they claimed they didn't know the previous tenant was still in the apartment, then they said they were initiating an eviction process, and finally, in the same conversation, they claimed the tenant decided to renew the lease.
To make matters worse, they suggested I move to a smaller apartment for the same cost or wait for one that would be ready two weeks later. Despite explaining that I had to return my current apartment during the weekend and had already made moving arrangements, they were unhelpful. When we asked about a refund, Rosa assured us that it would be processed. However, both Vanessa and Rosa have since disappeared, and our money has not been returned. I called every week for an update, and they keep saying that my money will be returned the following week. It has been a month since our conversation with Vanessa and Rosa.
Beware of their so-called "specials" – this community lacks professionalism from the beginning. They don't even have an electronic system for applications, requiring you to write sensitive information on paper. I regret not walking away when I first noticed their lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and do not trust this community.

My son and I had a scheduled tour.  The associate's name was Andrea Garcia, the community is an older community. But sometimes older doesn't necessarily mean you won't get what you pay for. The community offers so many things we never knew. A miniature movie theater which was excellent. Two basketball courts which my son loved. And it was so peaceful and quiet.  Andrea explained everything, every step of the tour with such etiquettes.  I'm old school, first impressions and how I'm treated counts and means everything.  The tour she took us on and how professional she was to me and my son. We will definitely become future residents at the Falls of Pembroke. A five-star rating for our tour today which we greatly appreciate it.

By far the worse experience living here  ...
By far the worse experience living here . Rosa is the worse , shes rude condescending and low key disrespectful, she give 0 fxxs when it comes to calling in for any issues .If you need anything done its either Mr Hamilton which he no longer works there (hence the covid signs at the doors) dont nobody got Covid in there. If you need anything done you have to run to Lillian she will help you the best she can . If you do have a voucher and black they will place you all the way in back and the units aren’t up the par, the price they charge with vouchers is simply ridiculous, you would think with the amount of people with vouchers in here they would respect the people with vouchers more . Rosa thinks she’s above all and looks down at people with vouchers. One lady found at least 4 rats in her unit  and mold. If only the people with vouchers knew their values and spoke up about the horrible conditions they live in. Definitely not renewing and going elsewhere with my voucher .

WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Mold everywhere, they came to fix it and it came back not even a month later all they did was paint over it🤣. people in the front are so rude. and it’s overpriced and not nice inside at all. re did the carpet and it lifted up there was ROACHES coming out. called several time and complained the lady said “I thought you moved already” Do not move here you can find something way better !!!! seriously i wish i can give 0 stars.
