Very good customer service, lovely room ...
Very good customer service, lovely room - but disappointed, we were given a B - the A side is much, much nicer. Great location especially for us as it is a medical visit & Cleveland Clinic is about 5 minutes away.

Resort was nice! Went for Village parkway meeting, Sol was great, the first guy was rude and totally unacceptable, not sure how he has been there 19 years.
