It is a super quiet place to live, very nice and organized

I was excited to move in this community by appearance it seems to be a quiet community. I signed the lease on 07/22/2024 and initially did not move in any furniture as I planned on furnishing with all new furniture, and delivery was delayed. Initially I saw roaches within the first 48 hours of moving this was reported and pest control was sent to control the roach situation. I purchased a few groceries on 08/02/2024 which included some bananas. On the morning of 08/03/2024 the bananas were eaten by rats. This was immediately reported. Again, pest control was summoned, an attempt was made however the rats are still there. I asked to be moved to another apartment without these concerns or release me from my contract including cost to do so. They refuse instead offer a refund of current month rent to leave. I generally would not be this long winded, but this is unacceptable. I asked directly to the property manager if the unit or the community have any rodent concerns and he told me no, only by research to find that was untrue. Moving in they kept asking for my review here it is. I have decided to move out of this community but very aware. I will share images of my experience.
