Fountain House Apartments

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a landlord/property management company! Graham properties is the ABSOLUTE WORST, money hungry company I’ve ever had to deal with. First they give me and my family a non renewal notice because we had twins due to occupancy. But my boys are newborns and still sleep in the same crib. This caused me to move out of the area and my oldest son could not finish his school year at the school he has been attending the last two years. Then almost 2 months later after moving out, I receive a notice stating we owe them a balance from the security deposit due to a AC/Ducts cleaning fee that was done in May. They did that service in our apartment at the end of last year, after living there almost 2 years in the apartment. They did the cleaning after numerous complaints about foul smells coming out every time the ac turned on. We were assured we wouldn’t be charged for this cleaning and to our surprise we were charged. This company does not care about their residents at all, avoid this company and any of their properties at all costs!

I don’t even know where to begin. I was looking for an apartment near work and my parent’s house. There were several communities in mind to check out including some that were just recently built. I decided to see fountain house first just due to it being an older community than the rest. I was attended by Carmen who did an amazing job from beginning to end. The minute that I was given the tour, I honestly felt at home. Carmen was very helpful with every question that I had. The community is in a very quiet area with several restaurants, move theater, and The 826/I75 nearby. I went to several newly built apartments within 3-5 miles and honestly they did not compare to fountain house. I returned to fountain house to start the application process and within 10 days if not less, I became an official resident at fountain house. I highly recommend this property and ask for Carmen!

I am currently a Tenant at Fountain House Apartments, I have lived in a 2-bedroom unit for 2 years, and I have to say it has been a great experience. Location is great, you can walk to many nice restaurants in Main Street, there are often festivals and events going on every weekend, you can just walk there from your apartment. My neighbors are very friendly, place is quiet and peaceful all the time. The staff is amazing, they are very responsive, and always do a great job fixing any issues with the unit. I highly recommend this place, 10/10.

I went on a normal day for information, more precisely on Tuesday and it was closed, it is very difficult to find it open and the number for appointments drops the call, I do not recommend it, look around, there are more communities that are interested in renting

This is the perfect place to live!! I’ve been living here for a year and I cannot be happier. The staff is super friendly and so are the neighbors. Everything is close by, is a really family oriented community.

I have been living at Fountainhouse since we relocated back to Miami in 2021.  Our apartment is spacious and at a great location! The price is also very reasonable considering inflation and demand. Main Street shopping and restaurants are walking distance from our place. We enjoy the serene and safe atmosphere- great for walking our doggie! What’s more impressive is the Management team and their responsiveness. They manage all concerns in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this community!
