I absolutely love this community! The staff is amazing, and after being a tenant for three years, I’ve decided to buy the unit. The amenities are excellent, and the area is safe, quiet, and peaceful.

They towed my husband's car and we have only been living here for two months because it was parked in a visitor a little more than 24 hours after the people from the association told us that there was no problem if our cars stayed there a little longer. there are no parking!!! Supposedly 24 hour security and it hasn't been anywhere!!!!!

Without words, I put a star because it doesn't allow me to put a “zero” in my apartment. I feel comfortable, I can live a peaceful life here. The only persistent problem is the guard. ANA is not mentally capable of taking on her job. Several days ago I parked in a visitor and told me that I had to leave if she didn't call the tow truck. At that moment I felt very threatened, how horrible, supposedly because it is for compact cars and every day she allows everyone to park there by itself. There are not so many visitors, she deprives us of that visitor too, of course I called the association and Mrs. Lily, very kind, must have called her attention since she parked me again and there has been no problem, they should appoint her manager since she is so nice and knows how to serve the public

One of the most uncomfortable places to live. Parking spaces are scarce. The apartment where I live has two parking spaces assigned. We only have one. The other is rented by the manager, taking away facilities for those of us who live in the apartment. The tennis courts stopped being tennis courts more than two years ago and were converted into parking lots where only condominium workers can park. They do not allow others to park even for one night when you arrive and cannot find parking. The drainage is terrible. It rains and it turns into a lake. The water stays accumulated for hours. I have been living here for more than 13 years and it has always been like this. Not counting other difficulties that exist. You have to be very desperate to rent in a place like this. They must to think about it well. regards

Writing here is a waste of time because they neither give an answer nor an apology, access to the gym which, by the way, needs a bit of hand-holding as there are few machines and quite obsolete, to make matters worse a couple of times a month the door is misconfigured and does not open, they call a technician to fix it (food for today and hunger for tomorrow) because what they should do is change the system or give a conventional key 🔑 to the tenants to avoid these evils. They are quite demanding with other matters and what bothers the tenants is not of interest to them.

Although the office personnel is cordial and professional, the security gate is a complete nightmare.

No more then 6 visitors parking at the entire community, The whole floor is flooded with any rain, for renting a parking is $90 monthly with a downpayment of first and last month like renting an apt that's insane No more than 6 visitors parking in the entire community, the entire floor is flooded with rain, to rent a parking lot it is 90$ per month with a first and last month down payment, like renting an apartment which is crazy
