DON’T MOVE HERE! 1. SECURITY IS THERE JUST TO TOW CARS THAT PAYS THEM OR MANAGEMENT FOR EACH CAR THEY TOWED.
2. NO PARKING: the only visitor parking that exist in this community are use for the residents, and if you need a second parking spot for yourself you will need to be at 2pm every day, which is barely impossible for almost every person that works.
3. MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST: management will make your life a nightmare, simple things like parking stickers they made it complicated and always hard so you are not able to get them, the gym doesn’t work, and when it rains flooded is what you will find.
Somebody needs to stand out and start doing something so future residents can live a normal life, if they move to this place.
They towed my car 4 times, and I live here 6 months. This is what LA HACIENDA is all about.

Never move to this condominium, the security guards have business with towing agencies to tow cars in addition to the very very poor service provided by the Condominium staff one of the worst developments in Miami. I don't recommend it at all besides being infected with cockroaches and floods every time it rains. Don't even think about moving

If u have a Tesla or other EV, don’t come here

The place has improved. The manager is very approachable. There are only 2 problems. The security they look for and the parking.

The gym is almost impossible to access because they open it after 8 am when according to the administration it should be open at 5 am. I don't know who in this country can exercise at 10 in the morning to demand they have 1 but to comply with those of us who live here are a disaster

The administration is terrible in treatment and professionalism and the community is being destroyed more and more every day and a collective complaint is impossible in a condominium where the majority of the units are not lived in by the owners and are rented.

The prices are not worth mentioning and when it rains you have to go out by boat, no canoe because you will die.
