9350. I don't give it 5 stars because they still haven't solved the emergency door entry lock. A claim that has been made on many occasions and still no response has been given. The situation is that for those who live from the 2nd floor upwards that is the access due to the regularity with which the elevator is damaged. Please, the supposed job of matching the glass door key with the emergency door entry key did not work. And because of this, today with the elevator damaged we must walk to the other wing of the building to use the other elevator. Otherwise you live calmly and safely. I also congratulate you on the relationships and painted in the interior hallways it really looks very good.

This review is from October 14, 2022. I have been coming to this condominium for 3 years and it has gone bad. To start I'm going to say the negative and then the positive. In summer the pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm and in summer from 10 am to 7 pm and of the 4 doors that the pool has, only 1 is open and the others have closed chains, totally absurd. THE Gym until 10pm but you have to wait for the security person to come to open it and sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes. At the pool in summer you must wear the identification badge that each apartment has and not in winter. Above the gym there is a space that is rented for meetings or parties. For approximately 3 months, one of the 2 doors that lead to a back road that passes through a lake has been closed with chains and a padlock, stupid because the other door, which is 70 meters away, is open until 10pm. There are 2 washing machines and two dryers per floor and they tend to break from time to time and there is already one where the card does not work so I had to get another one that did not give an error. The elevator in the left wing takes almost 1 minute to go up one floor and the exterior exit stairs have some bars that are not cleaned often and when it rains they fill with water making it dangerous. The exterior doors make a loud noise when closing and some are missing a small glass. In the past, the keys to the exterior doors were exclusive and no store replicated them. Each one cost $50 and after spending $200 for four keys, they changed the locks and now you have to use other common keys, so security has fallen and some doors don't open properly. Speaking of security, 3 months ago there were TVs next to the elevators with different security cameras and since then that no longer works, the TVs are for decoration. Every three weeks there are usually water outages for maintenance. From today onwards, there can only be 4 plants, two chairs and Christmas lights per balcony from December 1st to December 31st. There cannot be bicycles, tights, cleaning products, shoes, etc. because it harms the community according to the administration. Each apartment has the right to two parking spaces and you can only park in the front, not in reverse. Oh, the mini jacuzzi hasn't worked in the pool for years.
