Great building but beware of individual apartment rentals.  Apt 58A has 20 year old HVAC leading to massive mold problem. Owner never replaced HVAC even after mold cleanup.

A lot of reviewers are leaving feedback for the hotel. This listing is for the separate residential side of the property, which in fact, has stellar service and amazing staff. I can say with confidence that this condominium is run with the utmost level of care for guests and residents. In my work, I travel to many buildings in Miami and have been to almost every major property. I have never been treated with such attentive care and anticipation of my needs on arrival and departure. A truly remarkable property with exceptional staff.
