The worst administration in the world, it is impossible to communicate with them, the manager is the worst, very rude, I recommend that you look in another building. It used to be a cheap building, right now they have the same price as another building that has a pool and gym like “Art Plaza” or any other building in the Melo group

The worst management in the world! The customer service is disgusting, the building is always dirty, the elevators are always damaged and they don't even have a valid certificate. Besides, none of the photos that appear here are really of the building 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The apartments are not bad. However, the management company (Catalonia) so far it has been the worst experience I've ever had. From the service or repairs, to the fact that getting a hold on them on the office is extremely hard. On a side note be ready to loose your deposit, they will make stuff up on the report, we even ask to be in the inspection and they did not tell us,  among many other issues. If you still decide to move, make sure you have a good attorney, make sure you ask for new kitchen cabinets, etc, etc because by the time you move out they will want them new, technically like if you never lived the place. We had a humidity problem which we reported multiple times, very unprofessional.

Worst management ever. Didn't refund the deposit,  charged me $1200 dollars for a single drawer. Thefts
