We were unimpressed in the cost relative to the value at this building. We felt that service declined over the two years we lived there. Given the double digit rent increases each year, we ultimately decided to move. For those rates, and with the new Lifetime building opening, there are better luxury buildings in the area with better services for residents. The composition of the building also changed - the pool went from being fairly quiet to being quite busy with children on weekends. The concierge service is what had the biggest decline. They were never at the desk, rarely answered the phone, and because more interested in policy enforcement than providing a service. One night at 10:00 p.m. I received a call on my cell phone from the concierge who was reconciling package pickups because "it was a big focus of corporate." I don't know what that means but surely corporate does not want you waking residents up to verify that they picked up their packages. We moved out 4 months ago, paid our bill, and were refunded our security deposit. Just today I received an invoice for $16 for the final trash bill - really?? I'd recommend anyone considering an apartment at this price point to consider some of the other options in the area.
