Gables Columbus Center

My fiance and I lived here for 15 months and absolutely loved our experience here. Jessica, who works in the leasing office,  was exceptional and always willing to assist us. David was wonderful as well. The staff is very quick to assist with any issues and send maintenance if needed. Thank you for a wonderful living experience in the heart of the Gables.

Great service!

An exceptional place to live. The modern, spacious apartments with high-end finishes made me feel like I was having a luxurious experience. The rooftop pool, well-equipped fitness center(important because I’m a gym rat), and beautifully maintained common areas add to the appeal. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. What truly sets it apart is the friendly, responsive staff. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located home.

My husband & I been living here for 2 years, and it has been great! The building is always clean, organized, and the whenever we have an issue with something we receive the help right away; for example Luis Damas does an excellent job! He’s always attentive, honest, and respectful. We are very happy to live here. If you’re looking for apartments to live in Coral Gables hands down this is the place for you and your family!

I stayed here temporarily for 2 months in 2024. I have only good things to say about the service staff, and in particular David in reception. He is a real gentleman and very helpful. Parking and amenities are good and well kept as is the building in general.

How long does it take to fix a BBQ?

Its a very nice area with good maintenance service but weak appliances for the $4600 in rent. I had my place pre-inspected to avoid issues later with damages claims, while it was inspected the inspector told me that hanging pictures is fine and not considered damage as long as the holes aren't bigger than a dime. Then they billed me for damage for hanging a few pictures, I think this is a typical cash grab that I don't believe it looks good on a large well run company. I paid the bill finally but I wouldn't do business with Gables again. Cheers John
