I have always wanted to be a part of this community for a long time very clean very spacious amazing pristine apartment complex The floor plans are very specious Top notch, utilize the square footage really well

Is that I had Nancy to be able to help me with the whole process she was very amazing and worked hard to make everything go great for me

I’ve been living at Zoi House Grove for almost 4 years, and since Richard became the manager, the experience has been excellent. His vast knowledge, professionalism, and kindness are reflected in every detail. Additionally, Nancy, her right hand, is always ready to help with a smile, showing efficiency and empathy at all times. They make an exceptional team, and thanks to their dedication and management, Zoi House Grove is an incredible place to live and be happy.

I've been living at Zoi House for a couple years now. We've had a couple property managers and they were ok. I can say with certainty that Richard and Nancy have been the best property managers by far. So accommodating and easy to talk to. They have made living here a pleasure. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Outstanding service provided by Richard during the tour. He was very detailed and excited to have me and my family at the property. The amenities are gorgeous, the building is extremely clean, views are amazing, and the location is not far from shopping and restaurants. I had an amazing experience!

I love living a zoi house grove. Always clean, building management is really nice, and the maintenance is very responsive if you have issues. Def would recommend! And checkout these views! The place is pretty nice too
