Zoi House Grove

I’ve been a resident for nearly two years. The energy here is so chill yet social— good for a fresh new start! Tons of fun events, my favorite are the food events 🍕 🍷 wine/tequila nights take second place. The property  manager Jen really brought a new vibe to the place; she’s easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Like ACTUALLY helpful not the basic help you get at any other regular Miami building! I pay attention to things like that because at the end of the day is this my home and where I live. My furbaby loves the staff, they greet her every morning while I get my coffee (there’s free coffee & tea here 😉). Suri the assistant property manager is new and sweet hope she stays!!!
I’m wishing for a BBQ grill near the rooftop pool and to extend the social room hours (I’m sure the other residents would agree)!

Absolutely delighted at Zoi House, and a huge shoutout to the outstanding manager, Richard Suarez! His proactive approach to resident care and attention to property aesthetics and repairs have transformed the living experience. Noticeable improvements in maintenance and overall operations  make it clear that Richard is dedicated to ensuring Zoi House thrives. Grateful for the positive changes under his leadership!

Moved in August and the staff at property has been fantastic, especially Richard. He has been very attentive and accommodating whenever I have question on building related matters. Glad I found the right home at this great building.

Elizabeth and Richard are the best! They do an exceptional job at managing this place and taking care of all my needs with out any hesitation. They have hosted gatherings for the residents here and had food trucks and puppy gatherings , which my frenchie really enjoys. Great staff and a  place to live   🏾

Management isn't helpful. Responses to email were not taken seriously.

I moved to Zoi House Grove a month ago thanks to the manager Elizabeth who helped me choose a good apartment and the entire application process, everything very fast and she was very friendly and professional, I give her a 10. 🙏👍
