Gables Galiano

The building and apartments are really nice, but the management is very poor. They allow tenants to store their ‘junk’ on the balconies and hang up their wet laundry to dry, like in a ghetto, thus lowering the property value... Not classy at all for the amount of rent they are charging.

We moved in 3 weeks ago and couldn't be hapier with our decision. Management and staff have been responsive and accomodating. Service has been excellent. The facility and location are perfect for us.

Units are beautiful!! Great property, staff is so friendly most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great and better living

Brand new property. Excellent location. Definitely worth a look!!

Just visited this new building in Coral Gables. Its spectacular. The finishes are not what you normally find for an apartment building. Some of the units have enormous terraces that offer a lot of outdoor space. They also have great 3 bedroom floor plans which are hard to find in a rental building. I like the boutique style and low unit count. The location is also amazing. They are offering some great incentives. If you are looking for a high end rental in Coral Gables, you should definitely go by.
