I have lived here for 6 months, since I arrived it has been a wonderful experience, all the staff in the building are welcoming, from the cleaning girls to the maintenance and ending with the lady at the reception, thank you all they make the stay and the experience better. change of life‼️❤️

Not good experience at all

The manager and front desk team at Dauglas Enclave are outstanding. The manager’s proactive leadership ensures every concern is addressed promptly, while the front desk staff consistently delivers friendly, efficient, and top-notch service. Combined with the incredible amenities, they create a welcoming and well-managed community that makes living here an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!

I have lived here with my family since 2022. We feel happy, comfortable, protected, The building has a great work team starting with the Manager Alixsa Rodríguez Excellent Educated Professionalism. Missiel Bravo, she is always attentive at the reception, always with a smile. The maintenance team is excellent. The few things that I have needed have been perfect and quickly. And very respectful in equal security, they are very attentive to our safety, the cleaning is very good. … I am grateful and safe here and most importantly I feel very peaceful and I hardly see my charming, polite neighbors, but since I have lived here for several years I have met them on some occasions and they are polite, kind and fun “THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE RESPECT AND SECURITY WE FEEL LIVING HERE THANK YOU, THANKS TO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WORK TEAM” 🥰

these apartments and super centric close to everything, their staff is incredible diligent and Maciel the front desk lady is very attentive, she was so pleasant when I first arrived to see the units.

I absolutely love the apartments. But I have to give this review to the lady at the front desk Maciel, what a lovely and helpful person, very pleasent and always available to any questions or concerns on the apartment.

I lived here for a year in 2023 and it was a mixed experience. Moving in and out — Enrique and the front desk staff were always helpful and courteous.
Security — I always felt safe in and around the building. Security did regular rounds in and around the building at night.
Apartment — I had a beautiful skyline view, with beautiful sunsets. That said, the building and apartment had a huge humidity problem, with humidity machines on 24/7 in the hallway the entire time I lived there. Maintenance tried to convince me that the reason my apartment never cooled properly and felt humid is because I had floor-to-ceiling windows in a West-facing apartment. (I’ve had the same setup elsewhere with no issues.) This led to mold in my bathroom. The shower also took 5-7 minutes of run time to get warm. Maintenance told me there was nothing they could do about that.
Maintenance — They were pretty quick in responding to requests. Unfortunately, I’m not fluent in Spanish so communicating with staff when in the apartment was difficult. I also had maintenance enter my apartment several times without my approval, without prior notice for non-emergent matters. Their excuse is that I didn’t answer their knocking quickly enough, but that’s usually because I’d be showering, or on the balcony, or getting dressed. As a young woman, this made me feel unsafe and I voiced it to the head of that team who apologized.
Noise — No noise issues from neighbors, living on the 10th floor, but the street noise was awful since I faced 37th and west flagler — constant honking early morning and late afternoons. I could also hear cars passing by from my bathroom vent, which my architect friend noted was strange. The noise was a major reason why I moved.
Facilities — pool, common areas and hallways were mostly clean except for elevators. Those were often dirty, not as clean they should’ve been.
Parking — no guest parking but there’s a ton of PaybyPhone options surrounding the building.

I 100% recommend Douglas Enclave, all the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. Brittany was the person who helped us with the entire application process, she was always helping us and offering us the best option. He gave us a tour of the entire building, showed us all the common areas and we immediately applied. From day one everything has been very organized as discussed. The staff responds very quickly when it comes to any problem. Very happy to have found this place!!

My experience living here has not been the best. I have been harassed by multiple times by many of the male workers here on so many different occasions.I would constantly hear a woman scream at all hours of the night because her partner would beat on her.There are apparently other also domestic violence situations in other areas of the building that I’ve heard about from other people that live here and the property does nothing about it.Then on top of that, there was a mold issue for a long time which took them a while to even come and fix and now on top of everything, they keep hanging up this Donald Trump picture in the hallway for everybody to see and multiple people have been complaining about it and they haven’t taken it down and it is so disrespectful and just disgusting because not everybody endorses this person. The fact that they’re putting politics in the building is crazy to me. I don’t understand it. It’s like they do not care about their tenants here at all and the maintenance people barely fix anything when you put in a work order . So for those of you who are considering moving here do not there’s also no visitor parking and the amenities such as the pool at the gym are terrible. There are plenty of other buildings around in the area that have a much better amenities, especially for the cost that you have to pay to stay here. There are also a lot of strange men that live in this building that my friends and I have had encounters with as well along with other women in the building so you were planning on moving here just beware and be cautious.
