Prejedust whenever I call with questions ...

Prejedust whenever I call with questions registering section 8 they give you the run around and tell you someone will call back. Need to be reported to HUD they are using HUD funding to keep up with the building but when it comes to offering the services for the  funding they are prejudust. Stop accepting government money if you don’t want to deal with the service behind it

I moved  here back in November and it’s been 3 months since. The property and staff are amazing. A huge compliment to Enrique who has worked diligently and has solved any issues I’ve had (which has not been much of any). It’s a great place to live at. I love my unit. 🙂

Very pleasant place to live ,the views are incredible, the stuff are amazing, on my moving day the agent Enrique helped me so so much, im very happy with my choice. Keep it that way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my first apartment and honestly  ...

This is my first apartment and honestly I'm glad I chose Douglas Enclave. This place has friendly staff, amazing interior and it feels like home. The front desk Carlos is always inviting and professional, the property managers such as Alixsa are really nice and friendly, and the maintenance and cleanliness are always top priority! Definitely will be staying here for a while :) P.S (my kitty also enjoys being here)

Since I stepped into the leasing office, ...

Since I stepped into the leasing office, I felt at home. Enrique attended to my needs in a very professional way. His knowledge about the condo and its surroundings, made feel very comfortable and hoping to reside at Douglas Enclave.  Every team member I encountered while doing the property tour, was very courteous and well presented. I'm now residing at this beautiful property, and happy to be here.

I've been residing in Douglas Enclave for almost a year, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience. The apartment building is well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impressive. Special appreciation to Alixsa for providing excellent service. Overall, a highly recommended place to call home.

I totally recommend Douglas Enclave, the entire staff does the job in a professional and super organized manner, always with a smile and a great desire for everything to meet the best of expectations.
