Terrible Administration, every day we have to live with the elevator damaged, the garage doors always damaged, the building is in my opinion poorly maintained, they worry more about raising the rent and charging a fine for a day of late rent than to solve underlying problems of the building. Garbage shutdowns suck, after all I live here and every day I see problems that have no solution due to administrative inefficiency.

I have lived in this place for three years and I love my apt and I love the place. The office staff and Mmto are very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the building is good.
