Slumlords, full of roaches and mold

It is a terrible place, with terrible attention from the managers or supervisors and owners. Super cheap, 0 maintenance, the person in charge rents the excess parking spaces to the tenants themselves who need extra parking so there is no visitor parking. There is no maintenance, you cannot have pets, and the manager or supervisor allows it behind the owners' backs. They never fix a stopcock or an A/C. There have been apartments that have been broken down and have been without assistance for a week even though children have lived there. They don't paint, the Laundry area is terrible and dirty. The neighborhood is bad, The areas and hallways are always dirty, there is a bad smell, The Manager informs the other tenants of unnecessary things such as bouncing some checks from other people, thus demonstrating his lack of ethics, his lack of common sense and much more. It sucks, living in this place It's a terrible place with a des appointment attention by Supervisor and Owner part, super cheap and nothing of handyman maintenance. The Manager rents parking to other tenants, and don't report to the owner, therefore don't have visitors parking. No painting inside the apartments, don't fix a/c nor other things. The neighborhood is the worst, the floors are dirty and smell bad. The manager talks with the neighbors about personal problems of the tenants.
