Gables Wilton Park

This company bought this location from the previous apartment group Gables. They have now been running the community for over 4 months and it has never been more dirty, There are stains everywhere including the elevators that have not had mats in them since Gables left. The landscaping is all dying and ugly. The General Manager quit after 2 months and the other employee on site appears to be a temp that has zero idea what is happening. The community is supposed to be non-smoking but this is not enforced in the least. The common areas, elevators, pool and walkways reek of marijuana.
Clearly Ankr is  either looking to flip the property so no improvements will occur or their lack of experience if failing the residents.   It could just be that the company culture is cheap and lazy.  Regardless of the reason don't move here.
All the residents are upset.

Deanna, Jose, and Constantine are incredible. Never have I lived anywhere where the leasing office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to take care of their residents like these three do. Every care, concern, question is always met with prompt and courteous responses and Deanna is always more than willing to do what needs to be done in order for the residents at ANKR to feel heard, understood, and appreciated.  They have helped me so much since I moved in and I am always met with a smile.  Thank you for being as great as you guys’ are!!! 🥹🫂

I can recommend ANKR Wilton Manors without reservation. As a new tenant, Deanna and Taylor made the leasing and move-in process an absolute breeze from start to finish. I have found that many leasing office phone numbers are connected to a central call center, or an AI assistant. At Ankr, Deanna and Taylor always answered my calls. Excellent service.
