To start off, we would like to say that we are not surprised by this review. You made us well aware that you would go to long lengths and try to damage our business.It was made clear when you used a very nasty tone with management. However, we are incredibly offended by the allegations you are making in this review. What you are saying is in no way true and we have multiple witnesses that can attest to this.We would like to address the most serious allegation first of all.During our 6 years in the business, we have never acted unprofessional or inappropriate because of a racial agenda, never! This is an incredible serious allegation and we are not taking this lightly. The only reason your friends were asked to leave the property, was because they were not guests staying with us. We made it very clear when you first checked in that we did not allow any additional guests at the property. We decided to be very strict on this rule during COVID, to make sure everyone at the property felt safe. Regarding the other guests that you are talking about, they wanted to come visit their friend (another tenant of ours) but we said no, unless they booked another apartment. So they respected our rules and regulations and booked another unit. Therefore they were official guests at the property.This is the only reason your guests were asked to leave, because they were not. No other reason!Here´s a clarification of what actually happened during your stay with us.We got multiple complaints about inappropriate behavior and conversations with other guest. This would be behavior and conversation that would make the other guests feel very uncomfortable and at times unsafe. This was never brought up with you, because we decided to give you the benefit of the doubt since we didn’t have any other issues at this time.Yes, we had a major plumbing issue that cost us more than 1000 USD to fix. We pulled up two full Publix bags with baby wipes from your unit… There is no doubt that the issue started in your apartment. We also found the baby wipe bag on top of your toilet and your boyfriend admitted that you had been flushing them down the toilet without knowing the consequences. So I´m not sure how that is our fault. We didn’t even charge you for the damage.Some other issues that we had to fix was the wifi that was shut down for a week, because you and your family had put in other cords to the main box and somehow turned off the receiver (we lost another tenant because of this). The AC stopped working, also started in your apartment and affected two other units.Because of all these issues and complaints we tried to still be compliant and tell you that we would allow you to move and break your contract with us early. If that came across as if we were trying to ”kick you out”, I apologize. It was simply a way for us to try and fix the situation since we had to close the apartment for repairs.Bayview Crowns Management.
