This place is a nightmare. They will tow your car even if it's parked in your own designated spot. The towing company is in cahoots with the association, and they'll happily take your vehicle just to make a quick buck. The association is so dirty and corrupt—they couldn’t care less about the residents living here. It's unbelievable that their phone number doesn't even work, and the office? Forget about it. There's no one there to help, and it’s a complete joke. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where you can actually sleep at night without worrying about your car being towed. This place is a disaster. Avoid it at all cost!

The worst association in the business . The customer service is very bad, clearly they have a business with the applications in your face, they try to scam you, also, they do not approve you to keep the money, but if you pay an extra 100 dollars if they deny you the application. This is the worst place you can deal with, they also have an illegal business with tow trucks to tow your car. people like those who work in this place who do not have any type of professionalism only hope that negative things fill their lives and karma does its job, they profit from the need of their neighbor.If you want to be scam come here .

Very bad experience with the association, bad work and customer service, my sister lived in the place and from the beginning there was clear business with the applications, and they took the visitor's car at 9 at night and I had only gone to eat. And the woman who attended was very cynical and unprofessional.

Terrible administration, they are scammers, they have a 24-hour sign to use a visitor parking, but they will tow your car if you do not have a pass, which is impossible because the office is never open.
