Absolutely the best location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the ocean is across the street. We bought our unit in 2015. Condo NEW management is doing a great job keeping the HOA fee as HIGH 😂 as possible and all repairs are IN CHECK .If you are a nice person, you will have no problem. Every condo in Florida has its own set of rules. Its decent, nothing over the board. We don't live there permanently and if we need help, Kathleen, Simon, Linda and the management are always willing to help. We are very happy that we found our beautiful condo at Galt Ocean Terrace condominium thanks to a fantastic realtor Yvette Wayman!

Why Syria building seems to be well maintained beaches cleaned on a regular basis. People are friendly and outgoing. Parking can be an issue there's all day fee. Valet parking very close to stores shopping centers grocery stores State liquor store gas stations restaurants. Course it's close to the beach.
