Galt Ocean Terrace

MY EXPERIENCE AT GALT OCEAN TERRACE: We lived there for 7 years and stays no more than 2 or 3 weeks twice a year because we live
overseas. The condominium is getting old, and there are some things that should get
updated, not even a GYM could be installed. There are pool tables from 1980 that no one
uses. Maintenance can be improved .
The administration:
VERY DISRESPECTFUL, they entered my apartment as they pleased, they check your
things in your absence without any notice , they said that they can enter whenever they
want, always an excuse, and in the process they check, they open your drawers, etc., they
modify the air conditioning set up, etc. The reception staff, ALL VERY NASTY, except Linda,
but the icing on top of the cake is the administrative employee, the most rude person I have
ever seen in my life, poor social and customer service skills . She does not understand that
she is an employee of the building and not the owner of the condominium, The most
unpleasant person I've ever met in my life is KATHERINE, who wrote things like the one I
attached in this publication. The WORST EXPERIENCE in a condo I've had in my life. IN
SUMMARY, MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I hope I don't have to see anyone from that building , with exception of Linda who always salute with a smail and ready to assist.......................

I went to see a unit to rent, but I didn't like the condo, the lobby was very old. the dark hallways.

Absolutely the best location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the ocean is across the street. We bought our unit in 2015. Condo  NEW management is doing a great job keeping the HOA fee as HIGH 😂 as possible and all repairs are  IN CHECK .If you are a nice person, you will have no problem. Every condo in Florida has its own set of rules. Its decent, nothing over the board. We don't live there permanently and if we need help, Kathleen, Simon, Linda  and the management are always willing to help. We are very happy that we found  our beautiful condo at Galt Ocean Terrace condominium thanks to a fantastic realtor Yvette Wayman!
