The Leeward Apartments by Lowkl

This is our 2nd time staying here and for the price, you can not do better. Yes there maybe a few down things, but very little. As always, Lowkl keeps there Apts very clean, comfortable beds, clean bedding, nice cozy court yard.
Our 1st stay was in Apt 7, hopefully they fixed the broken auto lock, they gave us a physical key during that stay. The hot water comes and goes, very annoying. The sofa bed was very bad and broken, had to lay the mattress on the floor. Needs to be replaced.
Our 2nd stay was in Apt 1, very clean, very comfortable bed, sofa bed was better, hot water perfect and perfect pressure.
We have stayed with many Lowkl units across Fort Lauderdale and they all are good.
Yes you have to supply them with a copy of your ID and fill out a 3rd party form, but we have never had any issues over 3 months with them. The managers and staff are great people.

We had such a great experience. So I wanted to make sure I added reviews for each of us! PS the beach is literally seven minutes away driving. It's such a great place to stay. The pictures didn't do the place any justice, though.  It was much better in person. As my roomies have said below, it was a great place and we would definitely rent again. I also want to thank you for accommodating us last minute with the additional things we need to make our work trip work for us. Bring extra towels if there will be more than two people in the place. Also, bring extra blankets if that is the case as well other than that the place was excellent. Everything needed in the kitchen to cook was there, and we barbecued like three times because they have a small grill in the yard area. Thank you for a cozy experience.
I enjoyed my stay with my friends for the week of work. My stay was great there was a full kitchen with everything needed to make a meal. Loved the smart tvs.  The outside area was really cute and relaxing. We took full advantage of the grill and tables outside to have dinner. Very clean and good deal for a trip.
My stay at Leewards apartments by lowkl was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.  The service throughout my entire stay was top-notch - friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile.  My room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and I loved all the amenities.  Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I didn't enjoy.  the Leeward apartments by lowkl exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional Airbnb experience.

This is a combination of booking.com problem and the property's problem. This is the second apartment rental in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area where you book the room on booking.com, pay for the room on booking.com, then the property manager texts/emails you a link to a third-party form (more on that later) where they require an image of your government ID, usually drivers license, a photo of yourself, and your credit card information. Until you supply all that information, you cannot proceed to get the door code of the apartment. There is no other option. In the "fine print" on booking.com there was a mention of showing your ID, which I had no problem with that, but the property management company would not have someone on site to meet me. They insisted that I provide the image. The third party company taking this information is a 30-some person start up in the Bay area and reading their security qualifications, I can tell you as an InfoSec professional, they don't have anything. They tout that they have these security reports, but they are for Google Cloud Platform. They have no third-party attestations that their platform is secure. So my message to booking.com is that you need to figure this out because I will never book another apartment again on your platform unless I can cancel the reservation if the property manager hits me up for this nonsense.

It's nice. Quality price! It has everything you need to spend a vacation. I would have liked it to have a beach chair and umbrella, since we came by plane to Fort Lauderdale and we have nothing to enjoy the sea.

Very nice and comfortable place

Stayed at the property a few days, very clean. Management team responds quickly and are a delight to work with. The neighborhood is also quiet and calm love it! Definitely staying again next time.
