I lived at gardens of Pinecrest for 3 years. It was a great place to rent! Unlike most landlords In miami, the full time staff at the gardens was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful.
If I did have an issue with anything in the apartment (which was rare), I would text the property manager and it would usually be fixed the same day.
The buildings are a little older, but the peace of mind you get more than makes up for it. I highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting a safe and comfortable place within walking distance to the metrorail (HUGE PLUS)

My daughter moved here from VIRGINIA to ...
My daughter moved here from VIRGINIA to go to UM . It’s hard enough to manage a move from over 1000 miles away but what made this process so much easier is someone like Miss Kathy Velazquez , she walked me through the lease signing process every step of the way . Every question , phone call and txt were answered promptly. I’m very thankful for her . The apartment complex it’s exactly what you see in the pictures . Apartment is clean and spacious .
Love thy his place for our daughter .
And the best thing you are close to school , malls , grocery etc . Literally only 5 minute Away 👍🏼

Living at the property for 7 months and ...
Living at the property for 7 months and really enjoy it. Nice pool, Tiki for grilling, a lot of greens. Moved here from high rise building in Sunny Isles, but can't not compare how happy I'm here. Kathy at the office is also very helpful.
