Amazing place to live!  The staff is very responsive and attentive and the complex is very quiet and pleasant.

My daughter moved here from VIRGINIA to go to UM . It’s hard enough to manage a move from over 1000 miles away but what made this process so much easier is someone like Miss Kathy Velazquez , she walked me through the lease signing process every step of the way . Every question , phone call and txt  were answered promptly. I’m very thankful   for her . The apartment complex it’s exactly what you see in the  pictures . Apartment is clean and spacious .

And the best thing you are close to school , malls , grocery etc . Literally only 5 minute Away 👍🏼

My wife and I just moved here and we are very happy. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The Manager Katherine is very helpful and very professional.

Living at the property for 7 months and really enjoy it. Nice pool, Tiki for grilling, a lot of greens. Moved here from high rise building in Sunny Isles, but can't not compare how happy I'm here. Kathy at the office is also very helpful.

I have lived here for three years and I have been extremely pleased.  The apartments are recently updated and have new appliances (and a dishwasher which is nice.)  The apartment also has crown molding which is a nice touch.  It's also very reasonably priced for Miami in general, especially considering the location.  Its in a very quiet and safe area in Pinecrest, you can walk to Dadeland and the MetroRail.  The manager, Catherine, is very nice and responsive.  She has made my stay a very pleasant experience.  I also like the availability of ample parking and the flexibility to pay the rent online.  Gardens of Pinecrest is truly a diamond in the rough.

I had an excellent experience renting at the Gardens of Pinecrest for two years. What's very attractive is that the complex is quiet and well-maintained. The manager, Katherine, rents the unit in a very clean condition and is fair with you when you move out if you do the basic cleaning per the lease. What's also very nice is that each unit only borders another unit on one wall - essentially every unit is like a corner unit. I did not experience any noise that caused any discomfort. The price for the rental was fair and reflected the market without being overly burdensome. The pool area is clean and well-maintained. Lastly, you can walk two blocks to the Dadeland North station, which makes for an excellent option if you commute downtown or to the hospital district or if you have to catch a flight out of MIA. I recommend Gardens of Pinecrest strongly.
