Building 6310/6320 building is terrible. ...
Building 6310/6320 building is terrible. The downstairs tenets have no respect as loud and outside at all times of the day and night. Tenets don’t respect parking and park in your assigned space. Property management does not do nothing.

The Oaks At South Miami is a cozy hidden jewel. Located in a high-end street conveniently located walking distance to 2 metro rail station, South Miami and Dadeland Mall. Very centrally located minutes to Sunset Shops, restaurants, stores, South Miami hspt, Larkin University, University of Miami and much more.

Nice Community & neighborhood extremely ...
Nice Community & neighborhood extremely nice as far as the proximity to the metro rail station. The individual units however lack centralized air conditioner & exhaust in the kitchen & in the bathroom which makes the units hotter than it supposed to be.
