I really hate yell apartment people for real and yell need let dog and other animals come stay in the apartment family damn that is not no private property anymore more you need to let people bring their dog in that’s waste time and money for rent I have a small dog and post to move in the apartment soon as possible

I have lived here for a long time and it was excellent in the beginning before they started allowing people to have pets. I have complained about people allowing their dogs to poop in the grass in front of my door and not picking it up but of course people are ignoring management. Plus I use to do my walking in the complex but had to stop that because people not having their dogs on leashes (big dogs at that). And the neighbors over me, I swear they drag their furniture all over the place 24/7. The crazy part is every person that has moved in that particular apartment does the same thing. I don't even bother complaining anymore because it doesn't do any good. The only good thing about this place now is the rent, management and the fact they keep it looking nice. Oh, I forgot another downfall. I never knew housing to do inspection on people that are not on housing. I know this is low income based that are owned by housing but everyone that lives here isn't on housing. If they're going to treat me like I'm housing then I wish they would help pay my rent like they do for people on housing. The crazy thing is they wasn't doing that in the beginning but they started about 2 or 3 years ago (at least they weren't inspecting my apartment). No major complaints but maybe something to think about if you're considering moving here.

Ms.Avery ,Mr.Juan and their manager has been very patient and they are also helpful when comes down to any problems.i do have a question though when will the pool open,?

Let me say this. I was a crazy state in my life, I was searching a place to call my own. I met a women name Ms. Avery Gordon. She was so pleasant and so helpful. The move in process was super easy. I was so nervous and not all knowledge at all about renting and Ms. Gordon was patient with me through it all. You can tell she loves what she does. Needless to say, we lived there from 2015-2020. In 2020 we purchased our first home. Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through the process of renting. This was a great stepping stone to eventually owning our first home. Thank you Avery you ROCK. If your looking for place Golden Square is it. ASK FOR MS. GORDON

Very good place, very good treatment from the management

This is a poorly managed property. I’ve been trying to help my friend get some answers involving a balance she supposedly owes here and they ignored me flat out. They clearly need new management.

This is the worst managed property I’ve ever lived on. The Manager Avery Gordon has ignored my calls and emails for weeks. The district managers Sunny and Christina have ignored me as well. Or they have no knowledge of this situation. After 5 or more voicemails you’d think they’d reach out. Apparently I have a balance that needs to be paid and I haven’t received a receipt or information on how to pay it. Trust me you don’t want to live here because they are very bias. They only let you get an apartment if you pay them under the table , you’re family or family friends. And as soon as you don’t play by their rules they Get you out of apartment by any means necessary. My car was illegally towed here. They gossip about every resident in the leasing office . Screen your calls because they have caller ID in the office. I loathe the day I trusted these liars and moved in here.

Beautiful place

This is by far the worst community to live in , the prices are the best but the COMMUNICATION is the absolute WORSE . I’ve been living here and I reported mold in my unit and they blamed me for the unit having mold . DO NOT MOVE HERE !

Don’t stay here . My unit has mold been reported it since Jan. I’m still waiting to be moved . They moved me in knowing that the tenant before me complained about it . Please say yourself the nightmare
