In the 14 years that I have been living ...
In the 14 years that I have been living in this community, everything now looks dirty. The corridors outside the apartments have not been washed for more than 8 months. Everything is filthy and you go to the office and they don't solve anything. It's terrible how bad the community is due to poor administration.

It is a very clean and safe apartment complex. I have lived here for 11 years but it has excellent management. María Fernández is very efficient. She has the professionalism to solve all problems and maintain spectacular apartments. María Fernández has the best management that I have seen during this time. I have lived in Eagle Pointe for 11 years, I congratulate her for her excellent work, I recommend these apartments in Pompano Beach FL.
