The maintenance man Raymond is trying to charge the tenants money to fix anything in the apartments if ur sink stops working and u ask for help he is goin to tell u to give him $20 for his time he is extremely lazy doesn’t do any real work and he steals from the apartments he smokes weed and get drunk everyday

Do not rent here!! The neighborhood is very ghetto the neighbors love to gossip, Melissa is heartless and inconsiderate and never answers the phone bad energy vibes and they have this lady that sell snacks she will act friendly and talk about you behind your back and Raymond the maintenance worker live there and he steals out of your apartment. Don’t trust anybody who tell you they been there a while. Don’t get stuck in the trap this place is very demonic and full of roaches don’t move here

The Worse Apartment Complex. The People In The Office Are Very Unprofessional. When I First Moved In They Asked Me To Pay An Extra 750$ On Top Of The First Last And Security. They Said I Had To Pay An Extra 750 Because Of My Age And I Was 23 Years Old At The Time. Now That I Have Moved Out Of The Apartment They Dont Want To Give My 750$ Deposit Back! Because Clearly Somebody Pocketed That 750$ And I Still Have All The Proof I Need. Brittney Has Stated That Someone Will Call Me And I Have Been Contacting Her And Been Calling And Still Haven’t Received A Call Back Yet! Just Ridiculous. Very Much Thieves. (Btw The Apartment Was Left Clean After I Moved Out. So Where’s My Extra Deposit Money!)

This apartment is the worst apartment u can ever live. The office people are mean and inconsiderate I have a very bad experience with them .I used to pay them on time every month b4 the 5th, now COVID 19 came I couldn’t make my payments on time they  put an eviction paper at my door for me to get out in 48 hours. Please don’t rent from them. They’re are not human . They will evicted you just for one month rent .
