Termites, theft, and trash.

This place is HORRENDOUS!!! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!! ITS DIRTY, DANGEROUS and MANAGEMENT IS RUDE!

I actually love the place. People can be a lil weird but overall it's a pretty cool place to live. I can't vouche for other tenants but my landlords are wonderful. I NEVER had a landlord like mine. Unfortunately I have to down size.

I would give a zero if I could.  Please stay away from 5830 NW 21st St rent from owner Raj and management Anthony Diamanté crooks they want you to apply for rental assistance so they can get a big amount like $20,000 and tell you they only putting $4000 for rent and sending the rest back, but what they really wanted to do is divide it between themselves.  They prey on Section 8 tenants as well.  They didn’t and couldn’t rob me because I told on them and made them return the check.  They also did nothing about termites in the room and kitchen and just rented unit out right after my departure less than a week.  I never received deposit for security stating all these things I did in which I will sue also fell down chipping wood from stairs and bust my head and received staples and all he did was send someone over to put carpet over stairs literally just as I stated no padding or anything just cheap carpet over stairs and stapled down.  I feel sorry for new tenants did not get to type this before they moved in because it was so quick when they moved in I do not know if they went through Home Association or not.  They are not to be trusted.  I did not get evicted but refuse to sign a new lease with these dishonest people.  Beware stay away.

Noise level over here is crazy

The lady Danielle is very rude an nasty. I guess she’s in charge of renting this property out 5805 NW 21st St, 19C, Lauderhill, FL. I would never want live under a roof owned by her.
