Hard to find parking at night, hallways smell bad because of the trash room and they are dirty, roaches, windows leaking when raining with no sound isolation

There isn’t enough people talking horribly about this building so I will join in. I moved here In November 2021 and I absolutely hate it. The building is infested with roaches and I had to invest in my own exterminator to rid my apartment of them (and sometimes that isn’t enough). I have consistently brought this is issue to management and they had a building wide fogging session which failed since there’s still roaches in the hallways. On top of the roach issue, my roof started leaking in 2 places on February and they took two months to fix it. Now at the start of hurricane season I am dealing with another leak. If your goal is save money here, please think again. Being a resident myself I’m constantly having to get upset with management in order to get things handled in my unit. This building is not worth it unless you can deal with roaches, and unhelpful/ detached management. Obviously upper management does not care about anything besides money which is sad considering the amount of beautiful families that reside here. Lastly I will happily dare you all to respond to this and say I’m not a resident because you don’t recognize the first name. I promise you I did not heed the warnings on here, please listen and do not subject yourself to these issues if you don’t have to.

I have been living here from 3 years and I can say that this new administration has made the building so much better in a short period of time, the building looks much cleaner, maintenace requests are done quicly, I am excited for the changes to come.

I have been living here for 3 years , great customer service in the office . Maintanece is really good .

To move into this dumpster u need 3 months deposit (3 bedroom apt is $3000.00 per month for a total of $9000.00) and u need to prove u make 3 times that just to move in. Once inside the building is trash and nasty. Emergency stairs smell like old urine with vomit and a touch of weed. Roaches all over the place. A/C brakes often. If you need to lose a few pounds move to 8 floor, elevators brake often so u will have to use the stinky stairs often. Parking is horrible and if you leave ur car in the wrong place they will tow u immediately- no warning whatsoever- tow truck is always driving around on the hunt. Pool is nasty and been close for a while now. The name of luxury community in the sign outside is a disgrace and disrespectful to anyone. Stay away please. Do yourself a favor.

Awful building,stairway all disgusting dirty,roaches,ect...

The building has no parking and the tow truck takes away the cars. The air doesn't work. The pool is messy and is never open because they don't clean it and they steal clothes from the laundry. The doors to the building are not secure, anyone can enter.

DONT DO IT place is crawling with roaches exterminator never comes, staff came to do inspection in my apartment and changed my top lock without letting us know had to wait an hour for guy to come drill a hole in lock( still hasn’t been fixed) garbage chute is always stuck smells horrible if you’re renting out an apartment on the 8th floor check it out before you sign anything hallway ceilings are different from 8th floor, was told pool would be fixed when we moved still dirty haven’t been able to use it,  gym is outdated and dirty same things with the laundry room roaches lint everywhere, Cracks everywhere leaks the whole 9. ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!! Don’t believe it for a second unfortunately I had to bite the bullet but you don’t! Check out our friend lizzy that came to greet us!
