Why choose to increase the Rent from $2060.00 to $2550.00 when Y'all don't care about maintenance. I've reported my roof leaking, and have to move furniture, every time it's raining. No one case. Now with all going on, y'all want to raise the price on us. Please send me the management phone #, and "No" you didn't give any notice, let's be honest and keep it real. Lying is not an option, my Job as a Service Member teaches me to keep my "Integrity". If you made a mistake just honest about your mistake and fix it down the road...!

The Main Office Personnel (people) need to make an effort to stop ripping black people off, when they tried to protect other colors. I've been in this place for almost 5 years now, not long ago my daughter (14 Y/O) went downstairs and she purchased a dagger (electronic FOB Key) to get access into the main entrance. How in the World a minor come to y'all and sell her something that is super important (Safety 1st). I rushed downstairs to the office to get a refund, they said it will goes toward my next payment. It was 6 February when my daughter called me to let me know there's a note on my door for non-payment, which I myself set for automatic pay every 1st of the month. They removed that auto-pay ($2600 + $50) was the original payment amount they then charged ($3040) to be precise. how come $390 extra was already added to my late payment as he mentioned? I met the new Spanish or Middle Eastern guy, he quickly jumped into his computer and fix to $2650 instead of $2600 + $50 that was on hold from the item they sold to my child. Someone need to get with them and ask them to respect (us) the tenants and stop dealing with black people differently.
As a Service member/Veteran, I think this is not fair, and someone needs to give me and answer/refund asap. Also, an investigation review need to conduct on how they raise the price on us every other year.

Been living in this building for several years now and it has come a long way from non working elevators to roach infested apartments. To this day roaches are gone and elevators working. Even when management has been and continues to be erratic and inconsistent, the maintenance team is the main reason you want to live here. Jose, Juanito and Eric will take care of everything you have problems with and it will be done quick, hopefully they don’t get rid of them because they fire staff left and right specially the ones that do the best job. Also the cleaning of the building has improved a lot with the new cleaning crew and finally we have a working swimming pool. Parking continues to be a disaster at night. Overall today I would recommend a friend or family member to move here. If anything changes I will happily edit this review.

I am happy with the group of workers in the building thanks to José and the maintenance guys who are very hard-working and very responsible and respectful.

I want to share my experience living in this old building. Unfortunately, it has been a terrible place to live. I have no option to leave right now, but the place smells bad, and clothes are often stolen from the laundry. Julieya was the best person in the office, but since she left, the management has been awful. When I was moving out, they took my laptop, air fryer, watch, and clothes. There is no humanity here. The lift never works, and old people suffer a lot because of it. This building is a nightmare—roaches, bad smells in the laundry hall, and everywhere else. I strongly advise against living here.
