Green House Apartments, Dadeland

Attention, quality, service. I recommend without a doubt! A spectacular place with access to all services!!

If I can give zero star I would love to do that. Last night we went to visit our friend so we parked on the third floor with the label clearly said GUEST parking. The fat security woman who speak Spanish called a tow car to tow away my car even I was allied to park there. And this woman was being rude. I asked her to explain the label attached on the wall, she said she does not know English. That’s so hilarious. I was wondering how much fast money you can get for each towed away car? Again, be aware this place, it’s a trap

Very good place to arrive.

My wife and I were first-time renters after having lived in a condo for eleven years.  Green House Apartments was the first place we visited in our search when we found out we were pregnant.  Here, we met Sylvia, and after talking with her and viewing the facilities and the units, we knew this is where we wanted to live.  While doing the initial tour and a subsequent visit, several random, unsolicited residents told us how amazing this building is. It's been close to a year that we've been here, and at least a few times a week my wife and I comment on how much we like it here.  Sylvia, Rachel, Veronica, Angel, and the rest of the team are a delight to deal with.  The building is always clean, and it's kept up wonderfully.  The security staff, especially Oscar, are attentive and cordial.
The units are well-appointed and spacious, and the building's amenities are great.  Elevators are fast, and clean. I've not experienced any trash or spills in the hallways.  Residents are quiet and tend to keep to themselves.  There's also something to be said about living 50-feet away from Dadeland Station Mall, and having a pizzeria, nail salon, dry cleaning and other shops on the bottom floor.
All in all, we are glad we chose Green House as the place we'd bring our newborn home to and raise her.

Don’t waste your time. The complex looks cute but they’re scammers. Pretended to not receive my payments. Once I electronically refunded (and I notified them), they suddenly received them.

Friendly, professional, and responsive management and maintenance staff. Building is always impeccable and clean! Parking is easy and there is plenty of visitor parking, which is scarce in Miami. The security staff is very friendly and attentive to safety matters. Conveniently located next to transit station and retail services, such as Target next door which has everything you need. There is also a PetSmart with a Bandfield next door for pet parents. Dadeland Mall is a half block away! In all, this is a great building to live in!

Living at Green House Dadeland has been a great experience, I've been here for just over a year and all of the tenants in the building are nice and friendly and all of the staff from the management/leasing office to maintenance crew are welcoming and helpful. The building is clean and quiet and my unit is very spacious and has plenty of closet space. The building is in a great location with Target right across the street, Dadeland within walking distance, and easy access to the expressway. You also get an excellent selection of restaurants right by you or on any delivery app. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Honestly love living here! The location is great. The units are well built and spacious. Love my tall ceilings! But my favorite part is the way we get treated here. The management team is super friendly and professional. They learn your name and make sure you are taken care of.

Green House Apartments (Previously, The Towers of Dadeland) is one of the best apartment buildings you will find in Miami. Coming from California, I'm used to finding apartments using Craigslist or just walking to leasing offices as it's the norm in CA. In Florida, most of the time you'll need a real-estate agent to contact leasing offices which is time consuming and inconvenient. After going to a few apartment buildings, I stumbled into The Towers of Dadeland which was only 8min driving from the University of Miami where i'll study, and 5min walking distance to Dadeland mall, restaurants and grocery stores.
When I arrived for the first time to the building I was greeted by the leasing representative Rachel, who was super nice and welcoming, she showed me the apartments without an agent which was nice. Also, she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with a smile. From my experience she's the best leasing representative I have ever met in my life.
The leasing office manger Silvia is super sweet and friendly as well, she's always smiling and helping people in the building. I can't express enough how great is the leasing office, I truly feel like they're my family. Also, Maria and Veronica the other leasing representatives are awesome. The maintenance guys over here are also great and very helpful, I never had a maintenance problem that took more than 24hrs to fix.
After living here for 4 years, i found the building to be clean most of the time and smells good even at the 7th floor where the lounge, gym and swimming pool are located. Everyone in the building are super friendly and polite. The public restrooms are always clean, the free coffee machine is always working. Parking is super easy as there are a lot of spaces available and there's always security at night. Amazon deliveries always delivered to the leasing office and can be collected anytime!
The apartment building is perfect for graduate students and families as it's in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and it's close to UM, Target, Best Buy, Dadeland mall and a lot of restaurants and movie theaters. I highly recommend the building especially for international students due to the diversity and easy access to school.
