Great location and amenities for the price. Its a gem. Management is on top of it. Necessary work being done to structure but once completed and painted, property and individual condo units will appreciate. Wholes Foods, Home Depot and numerous restaurants very near by. Developers are building new mix use projects close by making area around Biscayne and 123rs St a popular place in the coming years.
