Very well maintained building. Excellent Manager that runs this property. Building has reserves and plenty amenities and parking.

Since 2019 with a new Managment Property ...
Since 2019 with a new Managment Property the complex is decreasing. The gated entrance doesn't work at all, means NO security. Lack of parking spaces for residents and visitors is a nightmare. The HOA doesn't take action to improve the security and other priorities . It's ridiculous the waste of money / time working on unnecessary issues.. it's ironic how they start new works all around while they haven't finished any in the last years. The apartments are spacious, swimming pool, jacuzzi (never works) / full equipped gym. Whole Foods across street, Publix, Riss, CVS, Aldi... Greenwich was a great place to live in North Miami but HOA needs to government theirself.
