Manor Court Apartments

From the moment I came in to do the application, Amanda was AMAZING. She is literally heaven sent, she made the moving process so smooth and eased my mind through it all. She’s so kind and a beautiful person. Albert is so hard working and made my apartment home before I even moved in. I’m so grateful for them both. Amanda and Albert are so exceptional!   ❤️

I love love LOOOOOVE living here.  Amanda (leasing office agent) is amazing at her job, and they should never let her go. She really needs a raise. That's how amazing she is.   Albert (maintenance guy) is always amazing, and he's been around a long time. I love living here so much that I lived here back in 2015, then moved to Vegas and came right back to this apartment.  They are easygoing and will help you with anything.  When I reapplied to move back after 5 years across the country, I was denied online, but when I reached out and let them know I use to live here, they checked my file and approved me because of my good tenant history.  I'm sooooooo grateful to them. I've been back now for 2 years and don't wanna move.

I have been living here for several years and love my apartment. Amanda and Albert are amazing. They are always there when we need them. Albert fixes everything quickly. I enjoy living here.

I can honestly say that Manor's Court is a hidden gem in North Miami. The Maintenance team is just awesome and the office manager is very friendly and cares about the tenant's needs.
She does her job well.
They respond on the spot to calls and address issues at hand.
The layout square footage for the monthly rent cost compared to other Apartments in the neighborhood is not bad at all. ( I do interior décor so trust me I know what I am talking about ) sidenote
It is well diverse in ethnicity and there is a sense of community.
I live here for 4 years now and I never had any issues or complaints. So if you are looking for a quiet, clean, and fair rate and kids-friendly apartment. Manors court may be your next home.

If you have cars, do not move here. Even trucks are questionable.  There is a canal behind the property that floods. Living in Miami it rains heavily year round. This area floods so bad my partners car was totaled due to water damage after a hurricane. Lease increases yearly and parking is hard to find at night.

I have been living here for 10 years. Albert has always been amazing everytime I call to get something fixed. The office staff has been a great support as well(Ana & Amanda). I enjoy living here and highly recommend manor court.
