Great apartment

Trash. Completely awful. Bug and mold filled. No air conditioning in unit for over a year.

Where do I start , horrible place , nothing gets fixed, full of roaches , bathroom ceiling  felt on me and no one did anything to fix it , I finished my lease and move out , that was November 1st and after 5 months I’m still waiting for my deposit to be return, I called every week and they always have a problem, when I asked for the manager name I was told that they are not allowed to give out the name of him or her because I don’t even know what it is .

Worst place to live, ever.  Location is great but management is horrible.  Manager does not speak English and the main office never returned my calls.  I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in and they wanted $300 plus of my dollars from my $499 deposit for cleaning expenses.  They never even sent me the remaining balance and when I called to speak with Maria in accounting, she was never available.  I called about 20 times before I realized that I was not getting my deposit back.  The office uses no internet or long distances calls so when I moved to Chicago, they refused to call me because of the fact.  Maintenance and building manager would come in your room with no prior notice.  The elevator was constantly breaking down and my mail-box was broken into a few times.  Parking lot was full of cats year round and there were massive amounts of roaches and ants throughout the building.  Zero stars!!!  Do not rent at this property.

Terrible management, roaches, ants, mold/mildew, water intrusion from rain. I've seen dope fiends, crack heads, and homeless going through the dumpsters by the gate usually late night or around 9am after most people have left for work. Can't play music even at a minimal level, the building is full of old grumpy people with no life, so all they do is complain. People in the upper floors throw garbage out their windows onto cars in the parking the grass or wherever and its everything from chicken bones to bottles. Driveway/Entrance to the complex is very steep meaning your car will scrape and probably sustain damage to underside or exhaust. Elevator is broken 99% of the time. 2 burners on the stove top are broken they never came to fix it. When people smoke in other rooms they turn on their bathroom fan and it fills my apartment with smoke and that smokey smell. Parking is overcrowded and your lucky to find a spot past 7pm. Rent is $675 but it's not worth it, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
