You hire a private company to give parking tickets to generate more money. Policies changed after we moved in. Dog piss in the elevators

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It doesn’t even deserve one. They just implemented a new parking system where your guests get 2 free hours. That’s it. After that, you’re paying 3+ dollars an hour to park in the tightest, worst parking garage, ever! SERIOUSLY! I’ve paid them about $30 for someone staying just the last 2 nights! So if you want to have someone visit you from out of city/state, just forget about it! and there’s only a couple spots “designated” for guests anyway! While others remain open! This is the worst experience by far. Location isn’t good enough for this mess, plus the extremely high rent. Look elsewhere.

Property management just implemented parking policies that charges residents' guests to park in daytime and overnight. We have had no issues with parking nor heard of other residents with such. Ridiculous! They also regularly test their fire alarms all day which is disruptive for work and otherwise mind-numbing. You can find better ammenities and service for a similar price in the area.

Jose Zambrana was amazing! He took his time touring us throughout the whole apartment and helping us with all our questions, we never felt rushed at all, he knew we were a little ahead of time as we still have a few more weeks in our current lease but he didn’t hesitate to give us an Amazing service, we shared with him we were touring a few other buildings in the area and he made sure to go above and beyond with us. Amazing experience, definitely we’re looking forward to working with him in the future.
